We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from Zero Gravity Tables. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received, provided that it is not damaged in the return process. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is considered an acceptance of the entire order.
All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. For all orders there is a 30% restocking fee. Custom orders are not refundable. Zero Gravity Tables will not be able to accept any return after the close of the 30-day return window. If an item is received after the close of the return window, a Customer Service agent will contact you in order to arrange for shipment of the returned item. VersaTables is not responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
How to Request a Return

- Please obtain an RMA form from Customer Support that you will need to include with your return shipment.
- Please Note: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number.

Product Availability and Pricing
If you're interested in a table that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item. Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Special & Custom Orders
We want to help you find the exact table you're looking for. If you do not find the table you want on our site, use our Special Order form to request the exact table and quantity you want. We may be able to manufacture a table to your specifications.
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods: Credit cards: Use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Bank wire: Arrange payment through your bank. Net 30: With proper credit references most companies can receive terms.
Policy on Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card We will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order. As an alternative, you can: Continue your order via wire transfer. A wire transfer is a simple process of contacting your bank to have funds moved from your bank to ours. It works on the same principle as your debit card, but requires some direct communication with your bank to allow for a larger transaction. We'll send you the easy instructions. It may require a few days for your bank to transfer your funds. Continue your order using a credit card. If you order before noon, your order will begin processing today. Contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.
Shipments are Insured
We fully insure each order all the way to your doorstep when your signature is obtained. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always painless and trouble free. If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska as well as internationally for an additional shipping fee depending on the location.
If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. Just call a furniture consultant before you submit your order, and we will arrange a Saturday delivery for you for an additional charge. Depending on how recently you submitted your order, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery after you submit your order as well. FedEx Saturday service, available in the vast majority of U.S. cities, is subject to availability. Check with your furniture consultant.
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Read the details of our 30-day return policy.
We guarantee all of the products we sale for life, plain and simple, if you break it sent back and we will replace it no questions asked.
