Product Availability & Pricing
If you are interested in a product that is currently on back order then please call us and we will tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive an item can go out of stock before we are able to post notification on the site. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and find a solution. While infrequent, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. We make every attempt to avoid these errors but they may occur. Our prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Special & Custom Orders
We want to help you find the exact table you are looking for. If you do not find the table you want on our site, use our special order form to request the exact table and quantity you want. We may be able to manufacture a table to your specifications.
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
- Bank Wire: Arrange the payment through your bank
- Net 30: With proper credit references, most companies can receive terms
Policy on Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank: A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo e.g. Visa or MasterCard but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. Another difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. We will notify you if the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card as this will prohibit us from processing your order. To resolve this, you may contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit. Alternatively, you can continue your order via a wire transfer. A wire transfer will require you to contact your bank and have the funds transferred from your bank to ours. It works on the same principle as your debit card but requires some direct communication with your bank to allow for a larger transaction. We can provide you with the step-by-step instructions, and please note that it may take a few days for your bank to transfer your funds. Another alternative is to continue your order using a credit card. If you order before noon, your order will begin processing that same day.
We guarantee every one of our products we sell to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product, plain and simple. We will repair or replace any defective part or product once visual proof demonstrating defect(s) in materials or workmanship has been submitted to Zero Gravity Tables and confirmed by one of our Customer Service Agents.
