How it Works
We warrant every product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product. We will repair or replace any defective part or product once visual proof has been submitted to Zero Gravity Tables that demonstrates defects in workmanship. All items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

30-Day Full Refund Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from Zero Gravity Tables. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being delivered, provided it is not damaged in the return process. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening additional products is considered an acceptance of the entire order. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. For orders of more than one unit there is an 30% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Zero Gravity Tables will be unable to accept any return after the close of the 30-day return window. If an item is received after the close of the return window, a Customer Service agent will contact you in order to arrange for re-shipment of the returned item. Zero Gravity Tables is not responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
The steps that you need to take in order to process a return are as follows:
- Call Zero Gravity Tables Customer Support at (424) 244-2127 to request an RMA number.
- A customer service agent will issue you an RMA number that you must include with your RMA form.
